4. CNX update files are required for either CNMSX-AV/PRO or CNRACKX/-DP. Filenames for CNX

update files have a UPZ extension and are in one EXE or zipped UPZ file. To avoid program problems,

make certain you are using the update file with the correct suffix letter (e.g., S, V, W, X).

5. Extension requires a prefix specific to the touchpanel type. In DETAILS, projectname represents the

assigned project name, and vx.xxx.x represents a version number.

6. Requires Crestron STRFGWX 2-Way RF Gateway/Transceiver.

7. The weight listed is for the touchpanel and does not include the ST-BTPN, ST-DSN or external power

pack.

Physical Description

The touch-sensitive viewing screen is located on the front of the STX-1700C. The

electronic hardware is housed in a black and silver molded plastic enclosure, shown

below. Connectors to upload touchscreen projects via a personal computer (PC) and to

power the unit using the external power pack are located on the left and right sides of

the unit, respectively. Refer to illustrations on the next page.
